I then researched an article

Eimi Ozawa from the University of Japan and began writing out a questionnaire to find out general western peoples views of Western/Japanese cinema.

and researched the American film version (source = http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Silent_Hill_(film)

• Looked up Japanese Cinema on wikipedia (source = http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_cinema) and found out about other films that have influenced American cinema.
• One of them was a film called "Yojimbo". So i researched the film on the internet movie database (source=http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0055630/)
• Also researched Yojimbo's influence on westerns on wikipedia (source = http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yojimbo_(film)#Influence)
